I would not suggest living here if you don't want your car broken into or if you don't want to be up going outside for constant fire alarms. I lived here for a year and moved out. I was paying TOO high of rent for what I was getting.
The parking garage is a major issue. Constantly there are cars getting their windows smashed out. The police respond once called but don't really seem to patrol area. Not worth the money!
