Highly recommended

I had not had a single problem with noise or the "window-smashing" incidents another reviewer mentioned- or fire alarms. Considering the alternative, I'd rather be awoken by alarms.
The age range in the building seems split- residents are either mid-20s or mid-70s, but it's a nice mix. The location is phenomenal, especially if you like frequenting the local bars or taking the train.
Rent is low here, in respect to other high-rises in the area where a 1 bedroom can cost over a grand a month. Definately worth it- no complaints.
