Lived here one year. Asked not to renew lease because woman next door complained about smoke from my apartment going into hallway. Air purifier installed, weather stripping, but she still complained and harrassed me. Dunton Tower caved in to her demands and would not renew my lease. This is not a smoke-free bulding but and they allow smokers in building, but because woman next door complained I have to move. Smokers have the right to smoke in their own apartments, but apparently not at Dunton Tower. Also, lots of noise and construction going on all the time. I guess it's a good place for all you anti-smoking fanatics! Also, lots of fees. Pet fee, parking fee, charge a set amount for heat, even if you don't use that much. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Sounds like a high-maintenance tenant. Hope he finds a nice, smoky apartment covered with pet hair to live in. Remember the Surgeon General has classified cigarette smoke as a Class "A" carcinogen.
Can you really blame management for failing to renew your lease? Besides, you had options. You could have stayed by either quitting, or by smoking outdoors. You bear responsibility for your decision.
