A pretty decent place to live if you can tolerate noise late at night from the parking garage and the neighborhood bars. Staff is adequate, though not overly friendly. The washing machines on site are terrible, though--sometimes we have to wash our clothes twice before they come out clean. The new maintenance staff is good but the previous ones were pretty bad. Constant construction to the building and parking garage by the Villiage of Arlington Heights has tested our patience AND there are now fewer choice places for tenants to park as more of the garage has been allocated to public parking. The location is great, though, and within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, library, and train station.
