Worst Maintenance in a beautiful neighborhood

I have lived here for 2 years. So I have quite a lot to say.
PLUSES:
Good bang for the buck in the neighborhood. Great location. Maintenance is attended within 24 hours mostly.
MINUSES:
The 4 storey building is literally sinking in the middle. Cracks all over the place. Skunk problem. Creepy bugs infesting the buildings. Not enough light in the parking lot. Clogged toilet drains. The exit doors dont close properly leading to insecure environment.
