I lived here for a year and really enjoyed my stay.
The location of the apartments is GREAT and it is a quiet neighborhood. Also, the walls are almost soundproof. Very flexible with renewing the lease 2 months at a time after the one year lease agreement was over. Very very spacious apartments for a great price!!
On the other hand, the building is old and maintainance is not very prompt or good. Insecure parking lot and my car was keyed once.
