I just want to say if you are thinking about coming here, then run as fast as you can. The apartments look nice from outside but believe me the managemnet is horrific. They are rude and dont care about your comfort. For every work order it takes 4 to 5 calls to get that done. Not only that in the summer the grounds are filled with dog and bird poop. The pond in the summer is filthy and gives off really bad smell. Not only that but the cars in the parking lots get broken in every month now so it's not safe at att. The tenents also signed a petition for the managemnet to take care of these issues but still waiting for a response. And then they have these rules where they will tow your car if the state sticker is expired, the next day the car will be gone. If your kid leaves the bike outside the door they will take it away and wouldn't return until you pay. It has been a ridiculous list and then in the winter there is the problem for insulation so you end up with big electric bills. I am thinking about breakoing the lease now as this has been going on for quite a while
