Beware: they don't return security deposits!!! You have to fight with them to get it back!
Pros:

- very big clean apartment, lots of closet space.

- good neighborhood, pretty safe.


Cons:

- VERY loud air conditioner. And it is a wall unit, not central air as they advertise.

- the most unfriendly staff, no one ever smiles and if you ask for something you feel like they are doing you a favor.

- sound insulation is nonexistent - you can hear your neighbors walking.

- there is no high-speed internet (niether cable nor DSL). Cable companies don?t service this area and DSL switch is full as of now.

- leaky windows during heavy rain.

- tennis courts are useless - they are rubber and the ball bounce is unpredictable. Besides they are only open from 10 to 9.


Overall, I would have looked for another place to live if I knew all the cons.
