NIce but with pros and cons

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Pros:
1. Quick attention from maintenance staff
2. Quiet and friendly older community
3. They regularly keep the place looking nice, i.e. painting landscaping etc.
4. Nice pool
5. Rec room is nice
6. Near shopping complexes and route 53
Cons:
1. Management staff are very cold and defensive; but they do their job
2. The walls are paper thin. I can hear by upstairs neighbor walk
3. No highspeed cable or DSL connections. they have been promising this for a while
Over all, I enjoyed living here because it is quiet and no loud and obnoxious noises coming from out of control families.
