We had problems with our neighbors below us. When we talked with the staff in the office, they didn't really care.

We also had a problem with the neighbor below smoking, we could smell it coming through our bedroom floor. The manager called me a liar and said that was not possible. They eventually came in, pulled back the carpet and said if we renew, they would seal the floor (because of all the cracks) and replace the carpet. We set up a date for the carpet and it was nightmare from there. They didn't come when they said they were going to. Then the manager again starting calling me a liar because I never got back to them. (How could I have not gotten back to them if I set it up with another girl in the office')

Our neighbors below used to scream and yell and sounded like they were beat each other on the weekend, after they came home at 2:30 am. Several times our walls would shake during these arguements.

Before they moved in, we enjoyed living there. But then again, we didn't have to deal with the office staff either.
