Pros:
Good size rooms and walking closets, big kitchen and nice balcony.
Safe community with mostly elderly people living there
Good swimming pool. Good schools.
Cons:
Air conditioner and most of appliences are old, walls are thin and corridors are very long in the wings of the building.
Very unfriendly staff and they will do anything to not to return your security deposit when you move out even if you cleaned and polished everything in the appartment.
No broadband internet. They promised it for a while but still only dialup is awailable.
Tennis courts are useless as they have rubber tile surface and close at 9p.m. although they are lighted'!
There are big stones at the curbs of parking lots (probably symbolizing stonebridge). In the dark I scratched my bumper twice of these rocks.
Overall it's ok but with their price I would be looking for a better appartments/deals.

Where are you living where the walls are so thin? And you must be a horrible parker if you are hitting those rocks..they're huge and obvious!
