More Than Satisfied

Have been living here a little less than a year and have little to no complaints. Unless you have really noisy neightbours, its super quiet. All the essentials are right down the road (groceries, convenience, restaurants, Wal-Mart,and some of the cheapest gas in town). If you're a young adult like myself, you may find the area lacking on a Friday/Saturday night, but the Highway is right there to head downtown. The grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained. My neighbours have all been more than friendly. Now that there's comcast tv/high spped cable, there are no more gripes about TV Max. If I had one complaint it would be the gym in the rec centre. While its almost never busy, there's a sign that asks that you not run on the treadmills, the Universal station is old and needs updating (it'd be nice to be able to change the grips on the various excercises) and an ab crunch station is needed. If you need a full service gym there's a Bally's and Xport Fitness nearby but they're highway robbery expensive.
Overall I'd say you definitely get your money's worth...water and gas are included in the rent and my electricity bills have been minimal.
If I were to move from here it'd either be to something closer to work/downtown or buying a house.
