Here 42 is greater than 50

A word of caution. Here heat is free. But they turn it on only when temp. outside is less than 50 degree. At least that's what they claim. Practically even outside temp. is 42, heater does not come on. During fall and spring its painful, particularly with infant kids. It’s one of many problems you will face if you move in here.
