we currently stay here...the place is kinda ok...except that we have water leaking from the roof of the bathroom...the office staff sucks, most RUDE< COLD, and absolutely UNLOGICAL people around..they can make your life miserable..they are a pain to deal with..but its ok if u stay away from them...i dont like the gym timings too..they open late at 10AM and close by 9pm...

why? What exactly have they done to make all of you mad. For the life of me I really do not understand why there are some that don't like them. It is an awsome place to live

Get a life. Just because you pout and whine and are rude to people you expect them to lay down the red carpet for you? It amazes me that they let you LIVE here. Nevermind why they hired anyone to work in the office. maybe because they have to deal with people like YOU, it takes a certain kind of person to put up with whiners and complainers. Get over yourself and move the hell out already. Trash.

let me tell u thatthe day we move out will be my happiest day..u can have a chat with ppl living in here...most them share the same opinion..its so tough to live with management with no people skills...and ppl like me need to show them a mirror of their behaviour, give them a bite of their reality..b'coz they just cant yap and get away..i still stick to my guns..that asst.manager sucks..BIG TIME..

I agree with the lack of management at SBV! Yes, they are friendly and one stutts around in stillettos...but ask for a service call....and get ignored :(
