I am living here from a year. Its quite safe with ample parking space. The have replaced all new kitchen appliance. The apartment is huge with ample storage( most spacious near route 53).I have gone for vacation for a month with my car in parking lot and didnt had any issues. Office staff is help but maintenance people have attitude but how many time who have to deal with them.
I would definately recommend if someone is looking close to route 53.
