The renovated apts are very nice and very expensive. The apts are large. The neighbors are loud and many to one apt. You will wait many months for the smallest repair. The office staff are friendly..but more interested in renting upgraded apts than taking care of current residents. Could have been a a great place otherwise.

Completely disagree. I have been here 6 years with no complaints. Building is solid and if neighbors are loud a quick complaint to the night watchman and they are taken care of. Renovated apartments are VERY nice, I am upgrading to one at the end of this month. I get the first month free. A repair takes no longer than 2 days and is done on the first day before I get home from work 90% of the time.
