Office management is located onsite, but they are hard to get a hold of. Apartment buildings are individually owned and maintenance is nonexistent (ants and roaches are a huge problem). Located next to Route 53, so there is a lot of traffic noise. Unsafe at night. Lots of garbage in parking lot. Outside doors to buildings do not lock. Parking is very poor and you will have to pay for a yearly parking sticker. A security officer patrols the lot, but a lot of vandalism occurs. Walls are thin and you will hear your the neighbors (inside or outside). The road around the complex has speed bumps which are ruining my car?s shocks. No plowing in the winter, so be prepared to shovel a parking spot. Apartments have poor insulation and are cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
