This apartment is horrid!!! After the first month or so living there, we had bathtub, toilet, sink, and dishwasher leaks. The apartment hallways always smelled, and even walking outside on the balcony, you couldnt enjoy the fresh air. The apartment was never freshly painted before I moved in, only touched up. I cleaned the walls of the bathroom constantly, and in a few days every time there were yellow stains that re-appeared, and mold like stains on the ceiling. The worst part about it was that there are roaches there!!! After telling the landlords, they told us that they put roach motels around the hallways! But they did nothing in my apartment. This place is a waste of money. The apartments are small and there are barely any windows, the air and heat doesnt come into the bedroom unless you block the vents in the living room. I DO NOT recommend this dump, you will be very displeased.
