I moved in with my husband, who had lived in the complex for about a year and a half before I came...But over all it was an ok experience. They had just changed management, seems the previous managment of the complex was king of bad.
A few things I really liked were (1.) The maintenance staff were pleasant and helpful (contrary to what some have said, they did speak english), I had a leak in the bath tub leadin to the hall way, and they came quickly and took care f it as best as they could (2.) the pools are a nice size, and go as much as nine feet...lots of space to swim (3.)grounds were well kept (I had a plum tree outside my patio door.
We moved only because the rent was increased. Some neglegence from the management was there, but nothing too serious.
I do admit though, that some of the tenents were a bit unruly. I was harassed by a few of them, management tried to takr care of it, but went to police instaed.
