I have lived here 2003-2004. And yes, they refused to show us the apartment before we moved in and when we did, it looked ALMOST like the model apt. Kitchen cabinets had a horrible smell! Model apt. had new appliances, ours.....new coat of paint..ha! Anyway, I had neve had any leaks or other problems in my apt. I have never heard loud music or any partying sounds at night. But if your neighbour will take a shower you'll here it, or if they smoke- you'll enjoy taht smell too. I had 2 dogs and i never paid for them:) ha ha...Because when i got my first dog i went to the office and they said that they'll send all info and documents to our apt, but they never did, so, that;s not my problem, if they don't need that extra 400(one time fee) plus 30$ every mo. Oh, and if you'll want to make tanning appoint., don't bother, just walk in. because if you'll call they'll ask you to wait(approx 5 min) and then by the tone they'll yalk to you you'll fell like doin' smth bad. And if you'll call on saturday i bet they'll say that they don't make appoint on saturdays, but walk-ins are always welcome , nice, a'
