I recently moved into these apartments in August 2004. On the day I moved in there was a fight in the parking lot between two teenage kids and from the sounds of it they were fighting about drugs. Also my second night there someone tried to break into my place and when I called the plice they acted as if this was a usual occurrence for this area. The property manager tried to tell me that in time this will change due to the conversions of the neighborhood into condos, however don't be fooled. I have already moved out. I paid the penalty for the safety of myself and more importantly my 2 children. My 8 year old was flashed by an old man in the car while he was waiting for the bus on the first week of school. I was shocked that there was no notice sent to residents of this. DON"T move in here. Stay away! It is unsafe and I never got a full nights sleep due to noise and fear. I realize that the apartment complex can't control the crime, but you can control where you live and don't move in here!
