I am writing to try and make you from making the biggest mistake in your rental life. This place looks very nice from the front entrance, and the landlords seem like they want to help you, but is all a facade! First, the maintance cant speak english so they cant help you fix your problems. Second, they set all these rules about parking and cars that never move, but I have called many times about cars that never move and they say "I will take care of that right away", 2 weeks later, the car is still in the same spot, with no tow sticker or ticket or anything. Third, the workout room is horrible, old broken equiptment that is dangerous to use. Fourth, There are alot of younger kids living here that play their music at all hours of the night with their bass pounding in their cars and I call the Landlord and guess what they say"I am so sorry it will never happen again, we will tell tha tenents." But nothing every happens, Surprise surprise!! Anyways, basically if you want a nice community that is clean and safe. Dont live here. Oh did I mention I have a hole in my wall by my heater/AC unit that they have told me they will fix but no maintence has come by or has any folow up has happened. And is from them putting in a new unit right before I moved in, they had to open the spot where the plug is going to go, and never re-sealed it how nice! This is to the guy/girl who said this place isnt that bad, its and apartment not a condo, what do you expect. I expect a clean neighboorhood and responsive landlords for $860/month for a tiny 1 bedroom! what am I paying for than, I know its not the view!!
