I have lived here for 5 years and have not had one complainet about the property or the management! Yes, everyone has problems with management offices because no one likes to hear the truth on your rent is due on the 1st not the end of the month! I have refered sevrals friends and family and we have all liked it here! Anywhere you go there is something you do not like and but we never look at the positives of things we always look at the bad things! I do not think any of these ratings are very honest!

How about all the -------- working on cars in the parking lot and drinking beer? Mgmt. promised the lot would be patrolled and this taken care of months ago! About time they re-did the laundry and work out rooms even though it took 4 months longer than promised. Laundry room still sucks with all small washers. I still use the laundry mat, it is better.

This is an obviously bogus posting by an unscrupulous management. Only real estate people refer to an apartment complex as a "Property." Further evidence: nobody here has complained about the rent being due the first of the month.
