I guess you can make your own call based on reviews. Unfortunately I didn't find this site until AFTER I had signed the lease. Pictures make things look so nice, management can be so fake, and a tour can give such a false sense! The tour of my apartment was nice as I got to see the actual apartment I was moving into to but then the problems began. I went to get my keys from the leasing office to move in and attempted to write a check. The lady never told me I needed a cashiers check and now all of a sudden I needed one and it was 5 min. before closing of banks on a Holiday weekend! Therefore I had to take the loss even though I was not at fault. I had to use a credit card to pay my 1st months rent and deposit. Of course then I got a fee! What a rip. I moved in and not more than a couple weeks later I called the maintence for several requests with items wrong. Promised to get it fixed the next day numerous times after about 2 months of begging it was taken care of in a crappy way. The dishwasher looks like it is from 1902 and makes all my dishes spotty no matter what soap I use which I midas well wash them by hand! Heating/AC unit is a joke, ever hear of updating' Had to put a pillow over the vent to push air into the bedroom. I felt like I was living in Little Mexico between the music and nasty smells of cooking and who knows what else coming from the apartments all around me. Working on cars in the middle of the parking lot and then the 5 yr. old child running through the whole building dripping OIL all over the carpet. I thought this was not allowed' People drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot till all hours of the night including children way under age. Then throwing beer bottle which spray glass all over. And you call this a community to live in' Think again!
