I ALMOST DIED DO TO A ROTTED BALCONY

FOURTUNATLY NO ONE WAS KILLED BUT THERE ARE SOME SERIOUS INJURIES. GOOD THING THE DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR WAS NOT OUT THAT NIGHT BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY UNFORTUNAT.
ANOTHER THING IS ONCE THIS SECOND STORY BALCONY FELL,EVERY SIGLE SECOND FLOOR BALCONY HAD BEEN LOCKED DOWN RESIDENTS DONT EVEN HAVE ACESS TO THEIR BALCONY AT THIS TIME.IF U SAW HOW BAD THE WOOD WAS ROTTEN U WOULD NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL NOR WOULD YOU IF U LIVED BELOW ONE OF THESE ACCIDENTS WAITING TO HAPPEN.

This Is very true most of the balconies in this area have an excessive lean to them.

I lived there in 2002 and was afraid the second floor balcony was gonna fall on me
