Maybe things have changed, but when I stayed at Tanglewood, it wasn't all that bad. I see that race seems to play a role with most opinions. I guess if you don't like people of other races, you will not like living here.

Maintenance took care of every problem I had when I called them. Always prompt and courteous. The people in the office were always nice.

Apartments were clean and I didn't have a problem with any type of infestation of critters.

I was able to get out of my lease easily when I decided to buy a house. Management gave me no trouble at all.

As far as the balconies, that seems to be an epidemic anywhere you look. How many times a month do you hear about it happening in the city' I believe management has the problem rectified and the balconies are safer than ever.
