I think that the staff has not had anything but good since they got here! I agree the asst. manager they call Z is rude sometimes but the rest of the staff is very nice specially Maggie. She should be the asst manager. I do not agree with the way people talk about the whole "Tangle hood" because you can only try to make a place good but if residents are pigs and like to cause problems then that is what you will get!!! I really enjoy living here and now with all the new things the manager is doing for the residents and kids I think it will be a 100% better place to live. But as always no one will ever say the nice things us as residents will only say the bad.
