they don't give respect to tenants ,if we go and request for extension of lease means after lease is over and want to go month to month the rates they are offering is very high what they are offering for new tenants, if we ask them very pleasingly also they are telling we do this way TAKE IT OR LEAVE ,WHO CARES ,i heard this word from 2 to 3 staff ladies, do you want me to mention they names ,ha they will cry if i do that.

NO RESPECT TO THE TENANTS ,TALKING VERY RUDE

there are lot to write but want to continue some time

Most places do charge convinience fee of $500 if you wanna go month to month and u also pay additional $100 on top of yoour monthly rent - I was luckly my previous landlord did not charge me since I had been living there for over 8yrs. I am planning on moving to Tanglewood. I did get a chance to talk to 3 current residents and they all seem to like the place - I'll be signing a lease soon.

Watch out the management team at tanglewood is very shady. Read your lease very closely, I moved out in 2002 so things may have changed, but lots of unreasonable things in that fine print. Management will turn on you once they have you signature and your check
