I am a current tenant of Tanglewood. I am very unhappy with quite a few things and will not be renewing my lease:
Thanksgiving my family came in to visit, when leaving they found their car broken into.
After speaking with other tenants this is not the first time this has happened.
I have personally seen maintenance employees drinking alcohol on duty, using the washroom behind bushes & looking into women's windows. Also, the hallways have a terrible mildew smell to them. The entrance door locks are unsafe & do not work half the time. This is not safe for a mother carrying a child & grocery's. The women in the office are very impolite and need to take some customer services classes. (After all Customer service is the position they were hired for) Recently, my APARTMENT was BROKEN into. I called the 24 hour emergency line & had received no response. I was so scared for the safety of my child.
I would not recommend Tanglewood to anyone. Best regards...

It is not managements fault that you are dumb and leave your keys in the mailbox!!!! If you have an issue contact the management instead of wasting time with this nonsense!

It doesn't matter if her keys were left in the mailbox or not...you shouldn't have to live with tenants that would take your keys and go in your apartment...was it you since you seem to know so much about it. I would never live in Tanglewood
