I lived in Tanglewood apartments from 2001 to 2006, when I moved to another state with a new job. I greatly enjoyed living there and never had any problem whatsoever. Sure it is not a luxury apartment complex, but I found all the comfort and convenience I needed at a great price. It is close to shopping, grocery, three major roads (Golf, Algonquin, and Arlington Heights Roads), Pace bus routes (Golf Road and Algonquin Roads), and O'Hare airport. I do not drive, so I really found the location great. In 2001 the management staff was great, but they all left in 2003 (I think) when another company bought the property. The new staff had a couple of extremely rude ladies, especially the property manager who still worked there when I left in 2006. But then there was a guy and a girl (Maggy I think), both of whom were very nice. Around 2005 some bad elements started to move in there and brought crimes with them, including loud music, but the great police service of Arlington Heights kept them in check. Not sure what the situation is now, but until 2006 it was great. I will forever remember my 5.5 years there.

I have been living here since 1999 and I've never had a problem with the manager's who were you dealing with? At one point there was a rude lady working at the office but she was the assist manager?

There is a new manager now, I belive his name is Dan.
