we've lived here for 7 months now and have had problems with the management since our 2nd wk here. the management acted very sweet when we had to move in but as soon as we did they changed colors. anything that reqd attention had to be brought to their notice atleast 6 TIMES before it was done. there r roaches n silver fish in the apartments. the leasing specialists are rude to the extent of being mean! we've been paying our rent on time every month despite which we get notices saying our rent is due... frankly its gotten extremely irritating... we're seriously considering moving out of here. please please do not move in here no matter what...

Roaches? Silver fish? I have lived here for almost 2 years now and honestly I havent had a problem. There has been a few times where I had to call them more then once to fix something but that is as bad as it has gotten. I love it there and I fee so confortable living there alone. I wish you the best of luck and hope that it gets better. I would suggest going to talk to the manager...he is new and Im sure very willing to help. Actually he is new and so is another one of their leasing consultants. Good luck :(

I lived there for a long time and always had silver fish running around. I just got used to them. As far as management goes - management changes more often than the Chicago weather. The place has had a long history of VERY bad management and managers.
