I've been living here for almost 2 yrs. Both my neighbors apts were burglarised within the same month. Inside the apartments are spacious and beautiful but security is a big issue. Police believe this is an inside job because the robbers steal same things electronics with minimum forced entry. I just wish they would beef up the security.

Im a resident at tanglewood as well and was shocked to find the notice that was sent out about the break ins. Is there any thing else I should know about this place....Im nervous to even be at my place alone now :(

I agree with you this place is lacking security, there are people outside all the time walking around having parties outside, every morning I pray that my car is there that no one broke into it or stole it, this place is a dump and management does S#@#@

I'm glad I'm now out of Tanglewood!!!!! Thats the worst place to live ! The units are nice inside but management does not care, security is non existant and the whole complex is full of gangs. Ask any police officers patroling the complex what they think, they're always in the complex due to high gang activity. All -------- who have no papers flock there coz management does not do backaground check they let everyone move in. My ADVISE!Once your lease ends, run for your life. The place is not worth it. Better go to Arlington Heights Police Dept and ask to see Activiti reports or 911 calls from Tanglewood thats public info. That place is a dump it's only short of prostitutes and pimps.
