Where do I start' Mice,mice,mice even in my 2nd floor apt.Mice also carry mites that bit my entire family.I had to take my children to the Drs.The staff are very unprofessional over the phone & in person.Whenever we had an issue they did not seem too concern & I had to make more than 1 phone call to get issues taken care.There are also alot of break ins(cars & apts)The staff did nothing to make their residents aware.The Arlington Heights police dept did send out a memo on how to protect your cars but nothing about the apt break ins. The wash machine & dryers are always breaking & it takes days to have them fixed.The wash machine and dryers are rip offs.They do not wash well & dryers can take up to 3 complete cycles to dry.I have a family of 4 & spent 100.00-120.00 monthly doing laundry.Tanglewood is over priced,old, and poorly maintained.You can also expect to pay Com Ed alot of money. My electric bill was never less than 200.00 (winter 300.00 plus)
