If you are thinking about renting at this apartment, try this experiment. Leave a message for one of these people to call you back about something other than renting new apartment. They will take forever and ask them for information about corporate office, they will say they don't have the phone number. It is the most mismanaged office and the rudest group of people you have ever come across. Also it is dangerous, do a google search or look on daily herald at all the crime that has happened here
