This management company is just out to scam you out of your money. They give you nice concessions to sign the lease but then figure out ways to charge you for things that don't make any sense. When I moved out, they charged me for staying longer than I actually did and even with ample proof they would not change their decision. They are rude and just out to get your money. There are plenty of better places out there. Don't waste your time or money.....in the end you will end up paying more because of there bad management.
