Hell No!!!!!

I visited this place as a prospective tenant. I completed the application and paid the fees. I then had to make a special trip to drop off the co-signers application which the manager had looked at and said it was fine because he wasn't going to live there. Two weeks later I get a phone call from the apartment complex inquiring as to if I wanted to move there and I informed them that I had already filled out the application and paid the fees. The woman said oh like she was so surprised and asked for the name. I told her that I was waiting on a phone call to see how much the security deposit would be and I was told they would contact me by the end of the next day.
Sometime during the day, the lessor had sent me an email stating the application for the co-signer wasn't complete enough to be considered valid. They wanted another one completed and another special trip out there to drop it off. I don't appreciate people giving me the run around for something as simple as renting an apartment. No one should be treated like this before they even sign any kind of a lease.
If you don't want to be ripped off, then don't even bother looking at this place.
