I live there too. Why we werent notified to be careful and that someone was stabbed over here? This is a bunch of crap....when my lease is up im out. The kids here are awful.....no one cares,, they tear up the place, laundary room is full of feces and urine kids purposely leave there as a jokee..they have been cought having sex in the "gym" and playground....they are terrible

Kids have attacked my car while i was driving back to my appartment And they wanted me to pay 300$ for my dog to live with us. Umm.. This is the smallest piece of ---- appartment the kitchen is tiny our tv takes up most of the living room.

I agree management sgould have warned the residences of the stabbing but may this have just been an isolated inncident? Stabbings and killings happen everywhere. I was living in Skokie and there was a shooting just this past Feb.

On the map that I had referenced above you would see that there is a concentration of violence, theft and gang activity just within the concentration of this complex and none of the others in the area. The management is more worried with making money and having vehicles towed for plate stickers than keeping its tenants safe and happy. I would advise anyone to not live here whatsoever.
