They lured me in w/ no deposit and 1 month free. Place looked nice @ first - New appliances! But the DAY I moved in, I found cockroaches. They sprayed within days and I haven't seen one since, but the real problem is TONS of spiders. I could strap saddles to most of these they're so big. My patio doors' seal is broken, so the window is all foggy and it lets in/out heat. They've told me that they were going to change the doors since I moved in. Those same doors are still there. The hotel-style wall heater/AC unit had a short in it that was costing me $50 in electricity a month. Only after the unit exploded(not joking) did they come and fix it, and still refused to make up the documented difference in my elec bill since the repair. Only thing they ever came to fix w/o issue was the dishwasher - on several occasions. Complex doesn't own the parking lot and have had to negotiate w/ towers to keep from towing the car I bought earlier that day. They also tow cars w/ expired stickers - Who made them the police!' Neighbors don't pick up their dog crap, and the neighbor above me dosen't take thier dog out so it pee's off of the balcony. I haven't felt safe using my patio so it's empty, but there's some lovely icicles in the winter :(

all these post are scaring me. My boyfriend and i just looked at an apartment there and are considering leasing it for a year. We would have three cars on the property and do not want any reason to feel we wont be safe there.
