Next to HWY with less satisfied services

My apartment is right next to the Rt.53, can't never open the windows. Plus if you live in first floor, 4 A/C on the ground may break your dream any time in the summer. Another danger for first floor is you may face the parking lot while headlight of the car can light up you house any time in the night.
The services are general good with prompt service, but they are very less willing to help you when you out of job and just want to quit the lease 1 or 2 month earlier no matter how good and long you pay their expansive rent.
