I lived at The Pointe for three years before buying a condo, so having been through the entire cycle I feel qualified to say it??s a great place to live. Location, location, location is everything and with the vast shopping resources of Rand road and the entrance to route 53 a block away, The Pointe certainly has it.
The office staff, several of whom I have been on a first name basis since day one, provide concierge like services and they throw great resident appreciation parties. The maintenance staff is very professional and almost instant when needed. Landscaping is nicely done and the parking is ample and convenient. I regularly parked within 30 feet of my patio slider.
I stayed there for as long as I did because the apartment layout was so comfortable. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that looks out over the living/dining area, perfect for entertaining or cooking while watching the game on TV. The in-apartment washer/dryer, walk-in closets, patio storage locker and ceiling fans all make this place very livable.
The Pointe is quiet, but as almost anywhere, that can depend on considerate upstairs neighbors, which they are, generally being professional people.
The Pointe was very comfortable and it was difficult to leave. I recommend it.
