I have been a resident for almost 4 years. I moved here because of the school district. My daughter goes to Greenbriar Elementary and it is the best elementary in Arlington Heights. The staff is great and the maintenance staff is wonderful. I really like being close to Down Town Arlington Heights because I like to take my daughter to all the festivals and activities there.

The staff is friendly unless you are dealing with Jenn, she is so rude, and if you walk in at anytime, it is a bad time for her. She doesn't go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and acts like she has to work instead of enjoyed her work. Funny how the past two comments seem like they are coming from the staff. The apartments are okay, but I would rather pay more for better customer service.
