The postives.

First off, the dryer and washer are in the unit. You are allowed dogs in the apt (with a charge)

Now, the negatives.

First off I can hear my neighboor snore at night. I can also here them take a shower in the moring. I know when they take a shower. Because I can here them drop the soap.

Second, The staff here at waterford, frankly... sucks. I have called a complained about a promblem in my apt for about 2 months now. Maintance never comes here to fix the promblem. Another promblem with Waterford's staff is that they gossip about there clients that live at Waterford. I overhear them all the time talking about other residents.

Third, Safety is a joke. I got things stolen out of my car here in the parking lot. Other people got the windows broken into. Also, the High School kids will park in the parking lot of Waterford. I have told the office, but nothing has been done.

My lease is almost up. I will buy a house and be rid of waterford. I suggest you do the same and don't rent here.
