Ok for a rental property

I lived at Waterford from Jan 2002-Jan 2003. The management was awesome when we moved in, but then a new girl was hired and she wasn't as friendly. The property is supposed to be a dog firendly property, which was the only reason we lived there, and the girl they hired pretends to like dogs but really doesn't. The maintenance guy Al was fantastic...anything that needed fixing was done that day. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit, but whoever designed the place overall did not do a very good job. The washer/dryer are in the kitchen and are very loud. The walls are very thin and I could hear the lady next to us snoring every night and talking on her phone in the day. The room setup is terrible and there is no place to fit your furniture. The stairs are in the middle of the townhome, and they are what separates the kitchen from the living room. Oh, there are 2 bathrooms but they are both upstairs. The people without dogs are not friendly to the people with dogs. Our neighbor was terrified of our dog which is a bit comical because he is a big baby. Oh, and a lot of the dog owners did not pick up after their dogs, which was annoying for those of us who did (there are baggies located all over the property)!
