My wife and I rented a 1 bedroom apt for 6 months while looking for a house and had no major issues.

I felt the rate was very reasonable and management aknowleged our first quote even a month after it was given to us. Even though the units are small I thought the space was used well. They have plenty of closets to keep storage as well as a good size storage closet outside your door. If you don't mind stairs the vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor really open up the room. And it was really convienent to have a washer and dryer in unit.

Some of the problems we experienced was a clogged dryer vent which took maintence a few times coming out to figure out it was a birds nest, and seeing a few silverfish (pests) which we had not gotten a chance to inform the complex about since we were leaving. We were able to hear doors opening and closing in the halls but we didn't have major complaints about the noise and our neighbors seemed very curtious.

Overall the area seemed very pleasant and safe. There are dog walkers and joggers out all the time, and parking was not a problem.

If I ever had to rent again this place would definitley be on my list.
