I just moved in a week ago. The first thing I noticed when driving through the complex is that it was really nice and well-taken care of. While it's in between two major streets, the settings are pretty quite. The apartment itself is alright, big living room, but bedroom could be bigger. Bathroom is spacious, but two doors leading to the kitchen and to the bedroom are unnecessary, one would be enough. Washer/dryer in the unit is, of course, a great feature.
Security. It feels pretty safe here, lots of people are walking dogs and jogging outside. There is a golf course/park nearby (5min walking), which is great. What else. Everything is nearby - Walmarts, Target, blah-blah - you name it. Best part - there is a 24hr fitness center also very close, it takes me about 5 min to walk there. It's $600 a year, not too bad for what you get- it is a VERY nice facility...
Overall, I would recommend it to anybody.
