My time spent here was average. It was after I terminated my lease, that the problems began. Originally, my deposit was waived and I received a "free" first month. But when I moved out, Waterford tried to collect on their missed rent from that month. I received a notice that I owed over $900 for a laundry list of things, including damage due to pet odors (I do not and never have owned a pet) and a curry odor in the carpeting. I am of Indian descent, but have no knowledge of how to cook with curry; I don't have an ounce of curry in my home. I responded to their racial allegation in writing and copied their corporate office and never heard from them again. The original deal sounded too good to be true and it was. Management turned out to be rude and not helpful once I moved out and called to question their charges. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you have any tint to your skin.
