I highly recommend this complex to anyone! It is an excellent value for the amenities you receive! All units have washer and dryer in the unit and many have fireplaces. 3rd floor units even have skylights. And they are very spacious. It may be a bit older building, but is so well maintained, it doesn't matter. It is a wonderful neighborhood, very quiet inside and out, well-lit, well manicured, clean, secure entryways, plenty of parking and the people are very pleasant. They allow pets and people are very responsible about their dogs. Maintenance is so helpful and responsive as is management. I have not had one problem! I love it here!
