I have lived in a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor for the last 2 years. I have found the apartment to be pleasant and clean. I really liked the management however, they have recently changed and it appears they may be a little less friendly. I do really like the full size washer and dryer available in all the one bedroom apts. The maintenance people take care of things right away. Some things I would possibly complain about is that silverfish appear to be an ongoing problem even after the exterminator comes. The management recently changed the hours of operation and it is somewhat challenging to get to the office to pick up a package before they close during the week, but they are available on the weekends too. You can hear quite a bit from your neighbors when in the bathroom. Being on the third floor helps alot though. I really couldn't hear anyone in all the other rooms.

Overall I would recommend living here. I am moving out only to get a bigger place and they have none available at this time.
