I've lived at Waterford Place for almost a year now. I've been in a 3rd floor one bedroom apartment. This has been a wonderful apartment to live in. I felt like I should write a review of it because I have lived in many different apartments and have had quite a variety of experiences, and I finally found a place that I feel very comfortable living at. The apartment itself is great, vaulted ceilings, awesome side by side full size washers, lots of kitchen cabinet space, huge closet... pretty much anything I would have asked for. The maintenance staff has always come if I ever needed anything. As far as apartment living goes, its not bad at all the way the apartments are set up. The only time I could ever hear my neighbor is in the bathroom sometimes,but never in any other room and of course being on the 3rd floor no one was above me. The location is great, I lived walking distance from subway, portillos, fox n hound, kohls, xsport fitness...

The only negative thing I can remember is a couple times it seemed like the snow plows were super slow getting to our parking lot. I actually complained the first couple times and it did actually seem to improve. Also, during the spring when I first moved in I noticed a lot of bugs on the wall (the harmless kind, I can't think of the name). But I didn't see any all winter long. Oh and by the way, I lived in the apartments not the town homes. I had a friend who lived in the townhomes and had a terrible experience and heard everything his neighbors said through the walls. I just wanted to add that...

I will be moving out in a couple months, but only because I have switched jobs and need to move closer to work. So basically I would definitely recommend Waterford apartments if you can afford it. They are somewhat expensive, but from what I've seen they are accurately priced.
