I moved into a "new" unit recently and I'm in shock as to what I've received for my ridiculous rent. Thin walls, windows so bad the blinds move from the wind, constantly running toilet they have yet to fix after 3 months, chipped brand new counters covered in glue from the installation and the smell of sewer water coming up the drain in the laundry room every time it gets cold. I agree it looks gorgeous, but after about a week you realize it's all just band aids. Plus the exterior door to the building hasn't shut since I moved in! NICE SECURITY! Not to mention the completely arrogant and very rude staff. If I could I'd move tomorrow!

I have acutally found my "new" apartment to be a "breathe of fresh air." I strongly disagree about the staff. They are courteous and professional. Anytime I have had a maintenance request it has been taken care of promplty and they too are pleasent. If I could buy my apartment, I would...I love it!!!!!

To the person who posted this - since your response is very recent, would like to know more about the issues and if you know of more people facing this issue - I was planning to sign up and move in but from your recent review I am quite worried.

Well to the first comenter on this site, it wouldnt make sense for you to not know how expensive it was. So that is your own fault. Most of the people who complain on this site are most likely crappy people who live here and dont pay on time. I am looking to move in some time in December and out of all the hell wholes in Buffalo grove like villa verde and places like that this looks like a gem. I am a college student who is moving in to a one bedroom 2nd floor apt, while I will admit the head manager seems a bit weird the Natalie girl is amazing, she is nice and kind, and seems to be on top of all her stuff. As for law suits it is ridiculus for a lawyer to go on here and post his own website as to be advertising for himself. LOL what a loser. As for the community you are right across from BG highschool and literaly two seconds away from walking to food and shopping. Anyhow I think out of 90% of the places in BG this may be the nicest and for anyone who doesnt think so they should get a condo. What do people expect from a apt building.
